Do you enjoy scrutinizing a splendid map at the start of an adventure story?
We will take inspiration from the many magnificent maps at the start of children’s adventure books. We will create our own maps of promised lands and unknown regions. We will step into our kingdoms to take a character, and their special gifts, on a journey of discovery.
Through story writing, poetry and drama games we will chance upon extra senses, signs and portents and visit places where others have not been. You will create the laws of the land, the rulers and the rule breakers! Together, we will accompany your amazing characters through to the end of their quest.
This course is designed for children with a keen interest in story writing. If you love poetry, being creative and using drama to make a story come alive then this course is for you.
Cost: £35
