Text and Image: workshop for adults with artist and activist, Rudy Loewe

  • Pop-up Library (Old GAP Shop) 8-9 High Street Exeter, England, EX4 3LF United Kingdom (map)

Visit Your Library On The High Street, a pop-up library inside the old GAP shop on Exeter High Street, for an engaging and thought-provoking workshop with London-based visual artist, Rudy Loewe.

In this session, visual artist Rudy Loewe invites participants to use drawing and collage to think about how text and image can work together to make art.

Through a series of prompts, we will make space for playfulness and visual storytelling, seeing what happens when words and pictures come together.

Part of a programme of events relating to the Ingrid Pollard: Three Drops of Blood exhibition at The Thelma Hulbert Gallery in Honiton. Programme curated by talking on corners with funding from Arts Council England and Heritage Lottery Fund.
