The Original Sins of Edward Tripp

  • The Sidwell Street Bakehouse 178-179 Sidwell Street Exeter, England, EX4 6RD United Kingdom (map)

As part of Locally Sourced Festival 2022, Edward Tripp will be performing his latest show.

“I know you're probably not looking for anything as grandiose as a title - but any scribblings I've collected around the theme of an extended show have been done under the draft title 'The Original Sins of Edward Tripp'. It also happens to be the name of the short story that inspired the name. The most interesting quotes I’ve garnered are:

'Strange, Surreal and Side-Splittingly Funny' Spork!

'Dave Allen Meets David Lynch' The Spoils Collective

'How did you get into my house?! and why are you wearing my wedding dress?!' - Laura Kuenssberg”

Edward Tripp is a stand-up poet, writer and visual artist, living in Devon. Edward has previously brought his unique brand of spoken-word to nights and festivals such as Spork!, Poetic License and WOMAD.

(Edward may be known to some by his previous pseudonym, ‘Roisin’s Brother’)

Cost: £5 or Festival Pass £15
