The Book Market is BACK!
After the success of our first Book Market last year, we can’t wait to welcome all the book-lovers in the region to a day of bookish delights.
With a range of bookshops from across Devon bringing their finest selections of goodies, local food & drink vendors to keep you fuelled, and a range of brilliant bookish activities on offer throughout the day, it’s sure to be a fun day out for everyone!
Sunday 20 November will be your one-stop Christmas shopping day, filled with market magic! With the Festive Fore Street Flea and Exeter Cathedral Christmas Market both up and running, it’s the perfect opportunity to get well and truly festive.
We’ll keep this page updated with all latest on the day’s events!

Getting to the Book Market
By bus: Sidwell Street is served by various bus city centre routes, and Exeter Bus Station is a 5 minute walk away. Check the Stagecoach website for bus routes and a journey planner.
By train: Exeter Central is the closest train station, about a 10 minute walk from Positive Light Projects. When exiting the station, turn left onto Queen Street, then right onto the High Street, and proceed to Sidwell Street. For more information on the train services into the city centre click here.
By car: There are various public car parks within walking distance of Positive Light Projects. Bamflyde Street Car Park is the closest, followed by King William Street Car Park and John Lewis Car Park. Princesshay 2 and Princesshay 3 are also close by. You can view Exeter’s car parks on a map here.
