With workshops, activities, storytelling and books galore, this is a great day out for all the family. So pop down and enjoy creative opportunities to fire the imagination, word games to encourage young writers, oral storytelling and poetry from around the world and much more.

Suitable for families and children under 11 (or anyone who appreciates a good yarn!)

Please book a ticket for each child in your group. We expect one grown up for every 2 children at the event.

This free, family friendly event, celebrates literacy in all its forms, inspiring young minds to engage with reading and writing outside school through a range of workshops and activities designed to encourage creative writing and drawing.

Please note: Children must be accompanied by an adult and supervised at all times. The organisers cannot accept responsibility for individual children.
