About the Sponsored Memberships

Exeter City of Literature is offering 10 fully-funded memberships to the DEI to nurture Devon's writers through access to a supportive community and inspiring work environment at Exeter’s oldest library.

These memberships are available on a first-come, first-served basis. To be eligible, you must live in Devon, be between 25-45 years old, and live in a low-income household and/or receive benefits.

Membership will be for one full year starting from April 2025 to April 2026, and grants you full DEI member benefits, details of which can be found here

Additionally, the Sponsored Members will be encouraged to develop as a self-organising group that meets monthly at the DEI and sets its own agenda for peer-to-peer support.
